- Account and employment information used to operate the platform, such as role, work site assignments, and schedule data provided by your employer or facility services provider.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including dispatching work orders and service notifications;

SMS/text messaging privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
If you have opted in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile phone number solely to deliver the messages described in our Terms of Service, such as work-order assignments, dispatch notifications, and service updates. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and message transmission, and that are bound to use the information only to provide those services. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own use.
- Your employer or facility services provider, where your account is administered as part of a workplace deployment of the platform.
- Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DSC Solutions, our users, or others.

Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
