These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FacilityIQ platform, the facilityiq.io website, and related communications, including SMS/text messaging (collectively, the "Services"), provided by DSC Solutions, LLC ("DSC Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
FacilityIQ is a facilities operations platform used to manage work orders, service requests, schedules, and related communications between DSC Solutions, its employees, and its customers. Access may be provisioned to you by DSC Solutions or by your employer as part of a workplace deployment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. SMS/text messaging program terms
Program description: FacilityIQ operational notifications, sent by DSC Solutions, LLC. Messages include work-order assignments, dispatch and scheduling notifications, service updates, and account-related alerts for users who have opted in to receive them.
Message frequency varies based on your role and activity on the platform.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you authorize DSC Solutions to send you the messages described above. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers; message delivery is subject to carrier availability. For information about how we handle your mobile number and opt-in data, see our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any portion of the Services; or
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of DSC Solutions, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended business purpose. No other rights are granted.
5. Customer data
Data entered into the platform by or on behalf of a customer remains the property of that customer or of DSC Solutions, as applicable under the governing service agreement. Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY MESSAGE WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAY.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DSC SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DSC Solutions, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or as required to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
